Return Policy

Our Return Policy

Because hair extensions are a personal-care item, we can only accept returns under the conditions below — this protects both you and future customers.

Unopened bundles

Unopened, unused bundles in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs.

Opened or installed hair

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been opened, worn, washed, cut, colored, or installed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at currybrianna14@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email us at currybrianna14@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Sale items

Items purchased on final sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective on arrival.
